Halloweeeeeeeeeeeennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

These are the costume I wore for the Halloween party. Look cute? Hahaha.. I took those pictures by myself after I got back from the party. I know my room is a mess. Too lazy to clean it up.
The head piece suppose to come with a hairband with both the halo and a horn. However, the hairband was too small and I have a BIG head, so, CL end up cutting out the halo for me and leave the horn and the hairband at home.
It was fun though. This is the first time I dress up during halloween and I think this dress fully described my personality. Hehehe..
Happy Halloween, everyone!

Music!

Yohoo!! Finally, I got some music up to my website. Hahaha..
Well, when he bought the domain name for me, he also helped to change the hosting of my website to his ftp server. Now, I can finally put some music to my website.
Thanks to Jacy too.. ;) Without her help, I don't think I can figure out how to do that.
The music that is playing now is, "Marriage D'Amour" or, in Chinese, "夢中的婚禮". The first time I heard this song, I fell in love with it. I was watching "Meteor Garden", aka 流星花園 and the female actress was playing this song in the movie. The words she said was just perfectly go with the tune of the song. Hope everyone enjoy it!

Girls day out!!

It was amazing yesterday! I went out with CL, Miki and Dian for almost 12 hours (well, Dian left after 4pm).
We first went to the mall (a very very small mall) to get a Halloween costume. I finally make my decision and got one(broke now, too expensive!). Will try to post the picture up sometimes. Then, Dian left. We then go to Younkers and I got a pair of leather shoes (well, it is just too perfect, hard to resist). I know I spent a lot, but what can I say? I am a woman! I didn't shop for quite a while. Hahaha..finding excuses now.
We then went to King Buffet, and went to Cinemark 12 to took some crazy pictures out from the Van Gough machine. It was fun! Then, we all went to Miki's house to get our hair cut. Miki and I talked CL into color her hair. Anyway, the color doesn't seems to show up that well. Her hair color is too dark. Should have bleach her hair..Hahaha.
Finally, I get my hair cut. I haven't cut my hair for more than a year. Finally..well, I only ask Miki to cut some banks for me. I look really different now! Honestly, I don't really know whether I look better? or weird? He said that my face look chubbier (try not to provoke me), but others say nice. Anyhow, you can't really know what other really think cause in US, people just try to be polite most of the time. Now, is up to my judgement. I can only say that I look, different. Will try to post some before and after on the website, just if I could find pictures of mine.
Afterall, haven't really explain why it was amazing. It was amazing because I thought that I couldn't deal with people for more than 6 hours. Seems like I changed, I can be more ease around people and just be myself. Good to know that..

Now, I can't bullshit too much on the website and can't talk bad about people.
Now, my website become me, and I become my website.
Anyway, I am kinda excited too. :) Thanks, my dear.
Need to go to bed now. Tomorrow, is another day.

Friday

It's a beautiful Friday. The weather is so great out there. Not sunny, is cloudy but is not that cold. The temperature is about 55 Farenheit, not that bad consider it is almost November.
What have I done today? Nothing much. 9am class cancelled, so, I slept till 9.30am. Do some preparation, then go to 11am class. Give out an exam to the class I am TAing, and, I am done for the day! Nice huh?
Sa is coming tomorrow. She is going to stay with me for emmm..I don't know how long. Anyway, it's not important. I am living by myself anyway.
So lazy to study. It's Friday, man! FRIDAY!
Oh well, it doesn't really make any differences. I usually didn't show up at regular working hours anyway. Isn't it nice to be a graduate student? Oh yeah, rite.
I was shopping for Halloween costume yesterday. All the Halloween costume on ebay are either too sexy, or too dull. Isn't there anything which is less sexy and yet, cute? Oh well, I might end up wearing my Baju Kebaya and be a Malay. :P

Any suggestion?

Great night..

One of my old friends, Anita came back today to do a presentation for her company. Me, CL, Nat and Jas went out after the presentaion for dinner with her. We were chatting and joking most of the time. It was really fun. Anita become hyperactive after the presentation. She was driving like crazy. Hahahaha..it was fun though. We haven't been hanging out since she got married to Kansas. It was a crazy girls night out. Nat, CL, Anita and I went to The Cafe after the dinner for some desserts and of course, liquor.
I like to hang out with them a lot because they are more open minded and we always joke about everything and anything, you know what I mean ;). I guess this start out after the first bridal shower we throw together for Anita. Things just get crazier and crazier everytime we hang out especially with the presence of alcohol. But, it is fun.
It is hard to find friends like this. When we grew older, it is harder to find a real friend or even some friend who is in the same channel as you. People just afraid to make friends after they grew older. Or, they just afraid of getting hurt or being turned down by others. They started to protect themselves more and always wanted to take instead of give. I guess that's what life taught us, protect ourselves.
I have a Tiramisu, a liquor with the blend of espresso, Kahlua and some cream. I thought that this drink wont be that strong but it turn out that, this bar really put a lot of liquor into their drink. So, girls, if you want to really get drunk, come to the bar in The Cafe.
Anyway, no matter how strong the liquor is, it seems that it doesn't cause any effect on me. Guess the espresso and Kahlua just counteract each other. Oh, by the way, some new thing here: some research showed that Coffee, cause inflammation and perhaps, heart disease. So, watch out! Don't drink too much. It is coming from pretty reliable source, Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

Elephant

Elephant lives upstair!
I live in an old apartment and when you walk heavily, the person living downstair could hear it. However, this guy/girl live above me is an extreme elephanist! I can tell when he/her wake up, when he/her went to the restroom, and whether he/her is in the living room, restroom or bedroom! I can even tell you the position he/her is sitting/standing right now. Everytime when he/her walk, the big window in my living room will shatter. Sometimes, it makes me wonder whether my window will fall off due to his elephanist! Gosh! I should go and get a long broom so that when he start being an elephant again, I could just bang on the ceilings. Or, maybe I should go and get long wires that could connect my speakers high enough to reach the ceilings. Then, I could probably wake up earlier someday, or sleep later someday and play him/her some nice songs.
Now I really understand why elephant cannot be our housepet!

People Change!!

People Changed!! People Changed!!
Wow! What a dramatic change. People Changed!!!
Not that I didn't know that people change a lot, but just that I never expect this guy to change. He is always so confident, pretty antisocial and don't like to be the spotlight, never expect him to do something like this -- Organizing a Grad Nite?? Thought that he would always say -- N.O.M.B. (None of My Business).
Huh..seems like I am the one who doesn't change much about her attitude: doesn't like to hang around with Malaysian. Anyway, it doesn't matter. I like to live my life the way I like. :) If I went and hang around with them, listening to whatever rumors they have that day, and worried about how they will look at me, how they will talk about me at my back, bet I will miss out all the important things in my life. I will worry about which guy I am dating and what they will say if I break up with the guy and so on. Not that they are bad or anything, just that in a small little community, people use gossip to interact. When I listen about other people's gossip, it makes me conscious about what I am doing and sometimes affect my decisions. So, I think I am better off by myself. A couple of true friend is enough for me.

No title..

Haven't been updating my blog for days..or weeks? Ok, exactly a week. Have been caught up with a lot of things these days and also, the lazy worm in my brain started to grow and chew on my nerve, can't think very rationally. So, to prevent myself from posting some stupid stuff (even though I did it all the time), I choose not to post anything. (Trying to find some excuses for myself, ha!)
These few weeks, my high school classmates started to send out emails to the yahoogroups that we set up long ago. It is quite fun to get some updates from old classmates. However, none of them write anything about their love life in their emails. I guess, they are just too afraid about all the rumors or just feel uncertain about their relationship? Nevermind. Luckily none of them are married yet. Not like people in US, a lot of them married at very young age even though they are not pregnant. It is kind of scary to learn that. Some of them marry when they are only 18 years old. Not that this is wrong or anything, just that I still think that they are still too young to get married when they are only 18. They haven't even have a chance to go out to learn and know what they really want in their life. This might be the reason that half of the marriages in US failed. Ok, off topic.
Well, now I forget about my topic. --"
Nevermind.
